Is claiming a listing free?
Yes. Claiming is free, and so is every fact on your profile: services, industries, certifications, temperature ranges, software and service areas, with no limits on any plan.
Can I update my company information?
Yes. Once you claim a listing you can edit your description, services, facility details, certifications, photos, and contact preferences.
What is the difference between Claimed, Enhanced, and Featured?
All three carry the same facts. Claimed is free and managed by a company representative. Enhanced adds your logo, more photos, a longer description, an Enhanced badge and placement above listings that are not upgraded. Featured Partner adds the Featured section of your categories and states and the home page, in an order that rotates daily. Upgrades are labeled and are not a rating.
Does a paid listing guarantee leads?
No. National Freight Hub can improve how your company appears to buyers using the directory, but we do not guarantee leads, sales, rankings, or closed business.
Can I add multiple locations?
On any plan you can list the number of facilities you run and every state you serve. Separate profiles for each facility are not available yet; contact us if you need one listing per location.
Can I add photos or certifications?
Yes. Certifications are free and unlimited on every plan. Claimed listings include up to 3 photos. Enhanced adds your logo and up to 10 photos, and Featured up to 20.
How do I report incorrect information?
Use the contact page to report an inaccurate listing or request a change. See our methodology page for how listings are created and corrected.
How does Featured placement work?
Featured Partner listings carry a Featured badge and appear in a Featured section above other results, in an order that rotates daily so no company holds the first slot. Featured is not a rating and does not mean the provider is a better fit. Buyers still compare on capability and fit.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. Paid listings renew automatically for the billing period you choose and can be canceled before renewal. You can move between plans as your needs change.

Paid listing packages renew automatically based on the billing period selected. Monthly packages renew each month, and annual packages renew each year, unless canceled. To avoid your next renewal charge, please cancel at least three days before your renewal date.
