Yes. Claiming your listing is free. You can correct your information, confirm your service categories, and add your website and phone at no cost.
Can I update my company information?
Yes. Once you claim a listing you can edit your description, services, facility details, certifications, photos, and contact preferences.
What is the difference between Claimed, Enhanced, and Featured?
Claimed is a free listing managed by a company representative. Enhanced adds a more complete profile with more capabilities, integrations, and facility detail. Featured Partner is a paid visibility placement with a stronger badge and more prominent presentation.
Does a paid listing guarantee leads?
No. National Freight Hub can improve how your company appears to buyers using the directory, but we do not guarantee leads, sales, rankings, or closed business.
Can I add multiple locations?
Enhanced and Featured listings support expanded facility details, including multiple facility types. Contact us if you operate across several locations.
Can I add photos or certifications?
Yes. Claimed listings can add photos, and Enhanced and Featured listings support more photos plus highlighted certifications, where you provide them.
How do I report incorrect information?
Use the contact page to report an inaccurate listing or request a change. See our methodology page for how listings are created and corrected.
How do sponsored placements work?
Featured Partner is a paid placement that increases visibility in relevant sections where supported. It does not imply that the provider is verified or a better fit — buyers still compare on capability and fit.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. Paid listings renew automatically for the billing period you choose and can be canceled before renewal. You can move between plans as your needs change.
